Job summary

Canfield Imaging Systems is seeking a PHP Web Developer, Level I in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal candidate will translate requirements into working software and maintain existing codebases within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements include a BS in CS or equivalent, experience with REST/SOAP, SQL Server and MySQL, and strong web design skills. Competitive salary and full benefits are offered with emphasis on growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Experience with REST, SOAP web services.
• Experience with SQL Server and MySQL databases.
• Web design and layout experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate software requirements, wireframes and designs into fully functional software
• Maintain existing codebases; integrate new content and pages into the existing infrastructure
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for escalated customer issues
• Communicate status, issues, barriers, metrics, reports, and any other required information to management in a timely manner
• Work effectively in a changing, high-impact, fast paced environment with challenging deadlines and resource constraints
