Job summary

TechSoup is a global nonprofit with a fully remote team. We are seeking a PHP Developer to join our IT team, responsible for developing and supervising Drupal-based e-commerce applications. The role is remote and based in Poland, with potential office visits in Warsaw.

You will work with stakeholders to deliver robust modules, templates, and scripts using Drupal 7+ and jQuery. Qualifications include 2+ years PHP experience, knowledge of PHP 7/8, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML/CSS, and Git.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of PHP 7 and PHP 8.
• Basic knowledge of Javascript (jQuery).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in PHP.
• Experience in working with Git or other CVS.
• Knowledge of English to read technical documentation.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum is a plus.
• Fluent English required.

The Role

As a PHP Developer you work with an IT Team and various stakeholders. You are responsible for developing and supervising e-commerce applications. This role is remote and based in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and supervision of existing Drupal-based e-commerce applications
• Creating and modifying modules for Drupal 7 and above
• Creating and modifying templates for Drupal 7 and above
• Creating scripts in jQuery.

Your Profile

• Good knowledge of PHP 7 and PHP 8
• Basic knowledge of Javascript (jQuery),
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS,
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in PHP
• Experience in working with git or other CVS
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows reading technical documentation
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Scrum as an asset
• Passion for mission-driven work
• Fluent English required

Salary range

9,000pln – 15,000 pln gross per month, salary is based on experience of the candidate.
