Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Владение частью биллинга end-to-end: от идеи до дизайна, релиза и мониторинга.
• Определять, как строить решения.
• Интеграция с внешними и внутренними сервисами через API, вебхуки и события, поддерживая интеграции при изменениях внешних сервисов.
• Регулярно работать с другими командами, отвечать на вопросы и помогать им с биллингом.
• Ревью кода и влияние на то, как другие пишут решения.
• Поддерживать систему в актуальном состоянии, пересматривая старый код и устаревшие процессы.

• Own a part of billing end to end, from a vague business need to design, release, and monitoring
• Decide how to build solutions
• Integrate with third-party and internal services through APIs, webhooks, and events, and keep integrations working when external services change
• Work regularly with other teams, answer their questions, and help them with billing
• Review code and influence how other people build things
• Keep the system up to date by regularly revisiting old code and processes and avoiding unmaintained components

Требования

• Explain complex problems and trade-offs clearly in writing and conversation, and defend decisions when challenged
• Think in terms of architecture, how domains fit together, and where boundaries should be
• Strong PHP skills and a solid command of OOP and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL, queues, and event-driven systems
• Write unit and integration tests as a normal part of work
• Experience working on a large production system, ideally with on-call experience
