A retail photography company located in Clinton Charter Township is seeking a Lead to exemplify company values and manage photo operations. This position requires teamwork and leadership while ensuring excellent guest service and engaging with customers effectively. The role includes opening and closing duties and working with photography equipment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and available on weekdays and weekends during business hours. No photography experience is needed, but a commitment to guest service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.

Must be at least 18 years of age and available weekdays and weekends between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.Being a Lead is all about setting an example for our team and taking pride in demonstratingour CHP values. In addition to fulfilling the duties of Sales Associate/Photographer, you will continue to build your career as you help to create the magic behind the scenes and lead the team to success at The Mall at Partridge Creek. Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue

• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
