Tech Etch is seeking a dedicated Flex Etcher to join 1st–3rd shift teams in Plymouth, MA. Responsibilities include manual wet chemical tank and conveyor etching, stripping and seeding steps, and cross-training on plating.

Maintain safety, document results, and support maintenance to keep lines running smoothly. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and some manufacturing experience; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of wet chemical etching, plating, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and document measurements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute wet chemical tank and conveyor etching per instructions to meet specs.
• Read and apply traveler notes for panel materials and etch depths.
• Measure panel dimensions and surface conditions with gauges to verify conformance.
• Document measurements, process parameters, and trends in worksheets.
