Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 5+ years of industry experience managing hardware-oriented technical teams.
• 2+ years’ experience leading optics/photonics teams.
• US person eligibility (citizen, permanent resident, or green card).
• Candidates must meet U.S. security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and scientists in photonics test and measurement.
• Scale and manage test resources to ensure timely, accurate data for development teams.
• Collaborate on photonic roadmaps and R&D activities.
• Guide optical R&D from concept through production for multi-year projects.
• Mentor and develop direct-reporting engineers and scientists.
• Implement best practices to meet quality and requirements in R&D.
