Job summary

Cadence is offering an internship in Photonics flow: tests, development of materials. You will become familiar with semiconductor and photonics design and methodologies, testing the latest software version for photonics design based on Virtuoso, and helping customers by creating materials such as Rapid Adoption Kits, demos, and examples.

You will collaborate with a multinational team on Cadence site, deploy coding skills, and use AI development to boost customer productivity while gaining

Qualifications

• Final year engineering student; preferably photonics/microelectronics.
• Understanding of IC design and photonics knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Virtuoso software.
• Good communication skills; good level in French and English.
• Being a team player.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate the photonics flow and materials development.
• Work on collaterals to develop materials for customers (Rapid Adoption Kit, demos, examples).
• Collaborate to define and validate the flow and leverage AI to increase productivity.
• Work with the Virtuoso Design Platform and adjacent simulators.
• Collaborate with a multinational Cadence team on site.
