Qualifications

• MBA and BS degree, preferably in an engineering or technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering AND business management or product line management or other commercial functions.
• Track record of launching new products.
• Experience working with multi-functional matrix teams.
• Anticipate up to 30% travel for this role domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a product line strategy for Near Packaged Optics and adjacencies.
• Lead pricing, profitability decisions, and IP coverage with cross-functional teams.
• Manage introduction of new products and supply chain coordination for demand/supply balance.
• Forecast monthly performance and monitor revenue against profitability plans.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, commercial operations, and finance to optimize inventory and SIOP discussions.
