Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field; cannot graduate before September 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through coursework, projects, research, or work experience.
• Experience with data in Excel, JMP, Python, R, MATLAB, or similar analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; interest in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, data science, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and engineering data to identify trends, process shifts, and improvement opportunities.
• Support SEM/EDX data collection, analysis, and visualization efforts.
• Develop automation, analytics, and AI-based solutions that improve engineering efficiency and knowledge management.
• Assist with Statistical Process Control (SPC) system development, monitoring, and reporting.
• Partner with sustaining engineers to investigate manufacturing issues and support root cause analysis activities.
• Document technical findings and share recommendations with cross-functional teams.
