Job summary

6 Degrees Search seeks a Technical Course Development Trainer in the San Jose, CA region to deliver hands-on training on photolithography equipment for diverse clients.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years in training, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. You will design materials, conduct classroom and lab sessions, and tailor programs to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Semiconductor/photolithography knowledge is a plus.
• Prior technical trainer experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products.
• Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer training courses.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials and lesson plans.
• Revise existing technical materials to keep content current.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement training and maintain equipment.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customers.
• Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing discussions to improve colleague expertise.
• Coordinate with customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback.
