Job summary

You will drive safe, compliant operations, oversee staffing, priorities, and tool-time, and coordinate area performance in a high-volume fabrication environment. The role requires a semiconductor engineering bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in photolithography or manufacturing leadership, with strong data analysis (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in semiconductor engineering plus 2+ years in photolithography or manufacturing.
• 2+ years of leadership experience supervising technical staff.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Power BI/Tableau; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing team of 8-12 Technicians and Engineers in Photolithography.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and ethical work environment with accountable performance.
• Coordinate area performance, staffing, priorities, and tool time; address issues.
• Track quality, deviations, and procedures; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead material flow, coordinate with global fabs, and support AI workflow ideas.
