Job summary

LFAB (Lehi Fab) is seeking experienced Product Engineers to help scale semiconductor production as LFAB2 expands its state-of-the-art facilities in Lehi, Utah. You will play a key role in yield, new product launches, and production support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in semiconductors, a related engineering degree, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of semiconductor industry experience as a Product Engineer, Yield Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficient in yield analysis and managing manufacturing data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Yield optimization: analyze yield issues and implement corrective actions to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• New product launch: qualify and release new products to production, ensuring smooth design-to-manufacturing transitions.
• Production support: address daily production challenges including low yield disposition and process troubleshooting.
• Continuous improvement: lead productivity, cost reduction, and quality initiatives across the production process.
• Data-driven insights: use statistical tools and production data to guide engineering decisions.
• Design collaboration: work with design teams on product simulation, verification, and silicon debug.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with business units to drive yield improvements through test program optimization, hardware enhancements, and setup adjustments.
