Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in magnetic recording head or semiconductor Process Development.
• Experience in a wafer fab manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new photolithography processes for magnetic recording heads.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and improve performance and yield.
• Oversee Process Technicians and ensure accurate process execution.

Skills

Knowledge of semiconductor or HDD industry principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Effective verbal and written communication

Organizational and time management skills
