Job summary

HGA is seeking a Photography Coordinator to lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the firm’s photography program. You will steward the visual asset strategy, manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and scalable workflows across Brand & Communications, market sectors, and regional offices.

The role requires strong project coordination, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication to align visual storytelling with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred but not required.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, digital asset management, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time and support extended shoots.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of firmwide photography initiatives, managing budgets, vendor relationships, project priorities, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables.
• Manage annual photography planning, project intake, and prioritization efforts.
• Evaluate project requests and independently determine priorities based on firmwide needs and budget.
• Direct on-site photography production activities, ensuring brand standards and stakeholder alignment.
