Job summary

HGA is seeking a Photography Coordinator to lead planning, execution, and governance of the firmwide photography program. This role steward visual asset strategy, supporting business development, brand positioning, recruiting and thought leadership across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred but not required.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or digital asset management.
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems; AEM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of firmwide photography initiatives, managing budgets, vendor relationships, project priorities, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables.
• Manage annual photography planning, project intake, and prioritization efforts.
• Evaluate project requests and determine priorities based on firmwide needs, opportunities, and budget considerations.
• Direct on-site photography production activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the firmwide headshot program, managing vendor relationships, service quality, and scheduling priorities.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and workflow tracking systems.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
