Job summary

College of Southern Nevada in North Las Vegas is seeking an equipment support assistant in the lab and Print Lab. You will reserve future equipment pickups for students and instructors, help prepare equipment kits, and inspect returned gear for damages.

You will also prepare equipment for lab use, assist students with printing, and troubleshoot printer issues. Applicants must be advanced Photography students or graduates and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be an advanced Photography student or graduate.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reserve future equipment pickups for students and/or instructors by means of a calendar based reservation system.
• Help to prepare equipment kits that will be picked up by students.
• Inspect equipment for any damages and/or missing parts upon return from students.
• Prepare equipment for students and/or instructors to use in Lab Areas/Studio.
• Assist students with printing in Print Lab when needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printer issues.
