The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a full-time digital asset manager and photographer for its athletic department. The role involves managing photo assets, creating content, and photographing events, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as digital asset manager and photographer in the creative services unit of the athletic department. There may also be opportunities to create other forms of content, such as video and/or graphic design. This position will report to the Assistant AD for Creative Strategy and Communications. The candidate will be responsible for editing, archiving and managing photo assets in digital management and distribution systems, while assisting the Director of Photography with requests from internal and external entities. This person will serve as a photographer at studio shoots, as well as practice, games and other team-related events. This is a full-time, 11-month position eligible for overtime.
