Great news…Virginia Creative Group is hiring! We are looking for a photographer/videographer that has a marketing smart mindset. Someone who has a great passion for producing excellent work for our clients and is enthusiastic about helping them showcase their offices and teams and the care they provide in the best way possible.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have knowledge of LightRoom, Photoshop and video editing software
• Have knowledge/experience with basic photography (i.e. rule of thirds, indoor & outdoor lighting, etc.)
• Have great attention to detail and strive for excellence every day
• Be able to maintain the integrity of the equipment they use and that is provided for them
• Be willing to travel to client offices
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members, follow up and stay organized
• Be enthusiastic about our clients and their missions
• Think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to enhance our clients marketing strategies with photo and video
• Have the ability to follow instructions and have a relentless desire and curiosity to learn
• Be willing to accept feedback with a happy heart and grow

• Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
