Skytona LLC is seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You will craft daily content that resonates with our brand voice and drives engagement.

You will develop a content calendar, write captions and hooks, repurpose film content, monitor metrics, and collaborate with the creative team to deliver platform-native content that showcases Skytona's cinematic authority.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator.
• Proven ability to grow organic engagement.
• Strong copywriting skills with brand voice adaptation.
• Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and formats.
• Basic video editing for short-form content.

You own what we say publicly. Captions, hooks, cadence, and the judgment behind them. Someone who actually knows what to post, when, and why it will perform.

What you will do

• Own Skytona's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook


• Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with business goals


• Write captions, hooks, and CTAs in Skytona's brand voice (cinematic authority, never needy)


• Repurpose wedding films and business content into platform-native social formats


• Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and adjust strategy accordingly


• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and capture social-first content on sessions

What we are looking for

• 2+ years managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator (not just personal accounts)


• Proven ability to grow organic engagement (show us the numbers)


• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice


• Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content formats


• Basic video editing for short-form content (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience marketing luxury or premium services


• Photography or videography skills for capturing BTS content


• Familiarity with SEO and how social feeds into discovery

What success looks like

In six months, Skytona has a consistent, recognizable social presence. Engagement is up measurably. Inbound leads cite social content as how they found us. You post daily without bottlenecks.
