Job summary

Camp Lurecrest Ministries is seeking a seasonal Photographer for the May–August 2026 period to document camp activities. You will produce daily slideshows, upload photos to the camp website and Facebook, and prepare staff orientation slideshows.

Proficiency with Mac OSX and Final Cut Pro X is required, along with the ability to manage digital files and remain camper-focused. The role reports to the Media Director and requires a Christian commitment to the camp's mission.

Job description

The Photographer documents each week of camp with a wide variety of photos and projects including daily slide shows and daily uploads of photos to the camp website. Must be proficient in Mac OSX. The Photographer will report to the Media Director.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Daily slideshows that are sent home with each camper
• Uploading photos daily to Camp Lurecrest’s website and Facebook page
• Creating a slideshow for staff orientation and staff debriefing
• Must be able to use Mac OS X and Final Cut Pro X
• Use of provided digital video cameras and organizing digital files required

Qualifications

• Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries
• Must use a digital camera; proficient in Mac OSX, Lightroom, Photoshop, Power Point
• Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety
• Respond with grace in high-stress situations
• Willing to perform hands‑on tasks as well as teach and invest in campers in a support staff

Requirements

• At least one full year out of high school with relevant experience
• Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
• Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
• Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training

Program staff will operate under the camp guidelines for safety. By living, eating, and serving on-site, staff will model the values of CLM, as outlined in the Summer Staff Handbook and contract both on and off the job
