Job summary

Stanley 1913 seeks a Photo Studio Producer to manage end-to-end in-studio campaigns, product education content, and ad-hoc assets. You will partner with Art Directors, Creative Operations, and Studio Ops to plan, schedule, recruit crews, and oversee budgets to ensure timely delivery.

You will coordinate photographers, stylists, retouchers, freelancers, agencies, and vendors; negotiate rates and track costs while maintaining quality and timelines across multiple shoots in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production or creative operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects; highly organized with strong process discipline.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for studio projects from intake to final asset delivery.
• Build production schedules with Studio Operations Manager and balance priorities.
• Coordinate photographers, stylists, retouchers, freelancers, agencies and vendors.
• Negotiate rates with freelancers and vendors and track costs within budget.
• Lead kickoffs, check-ins, and pre-production meetings; communicate timelines and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep on track.
• Maintain shot lists, call sheets, run-of-show, schedules and trackers.
