• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Owns photo department inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness, monitoring levels and forecasting demand.
• Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders and supports service offerings like FedEx and Western Union.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations and ensure quality results.
• Maintains a clean, well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising and display efforts.
