Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer transactions at the store level. You will manage the photo department inventory and assist with checkout, merchandising, and customer support to meet service goals.

The role emphasizes warm customer interactions, accuracy in transactions, and collaboration with the team to maintain a clean, safe environment while driving sales and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English reading, writing and speaking abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, offering personalized products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices across the team to ensure a distinctive experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department and promotes photo products and services.
• Processes transactions including purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges with proper cash handling.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department, monitoring levels and forecasted demand.
• Maintains equipment and store systems to support daily operations and ensures a clean, safe environment.
