Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, including digital passport photos, and support customer transactions at the photo department. You will own inventory, maintain supplies, and ensure product availability while promoting photo products and services.

You’ll assist at checkout, handle cash, support merchandising, and collaborate to keep the store clean and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Maintains photo department inventory and supplies, ensuring product availability.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges and rain checks.
• Promotes photo products and services and assists with merchandising initiatives.
• Keeps the department clean, safe, well-merchandised, and organized.
