Job summary

• Models and reinforces customer-obsessed behaviors to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Maintains inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders for timely delivery.
• Provides customer support for services like FedEx and Western Union while complying with policies.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations.
• Keeps the photo department clean, safe, and well-merchandised and supports merchandising across nearby departments.
• Supports cross-training of team members for photo operations to ensure coverage.
• Follows policies and asset protection standards to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborates with team members and completes additional assignments as needed.
