Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Retail experience preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining records.
• Supports photo services and other services (FedEx/Western Union) and ensures compliance with policies.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and assists in merchandising and department upkeep.
