Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, assist with digital passport photos, and support customer service transactions at the photo counter. You will own the department's inventory, monitor supplies, and ensure product availability while promoting photo products and services.

You will also process transactions, support FedEx and Western Union services, and collaborate with team members to keep the store environment clean, safe, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and identifies needs for personalized products and services.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department across forecasted demand.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks with proper cash handling.
• Provides support for services including FedEx, Western Union, and online order fulfillment while following policies.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising initiatives.
