Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining records.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx, Western Union, and other offerings, while complying with policies.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised photo department.
• Supports merchandising execution and seasonal setups across the department.
• Supports cross-training of team members to ensure coverage during absences.
• Follows company policies and asset protection standards to ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborates with team and completes additional assignments to support business objectives.
