Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and familiarity with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department.
• Recommend products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately, including returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Own inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Process photo, online, and web pickup orders with timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Provide customer support for services such as FedEx and Western Union.
• Maintain photo equipment and store systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Keep the photo department clean, safe, well-merchandised, and aligned with standards.
• Support merchandising and cross-training to ensure coverage during absences.
• Follow policies, asset protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
