Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior six months of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, identifying needs to offer personalized products and services.
• Deliver courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotion of photo products.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges, adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Own inventory, supplies, and organizational readiness of the photo department, monitoring levels and maintaining photo expense and supply inventories.
• Provide customer support for services like FedEx and Western Union while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and support cross-training to ensure coverage.
