Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and identify needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Handle transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and organization of the photo department to meet forecasted demand.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide support for services like FedEx, Western Union, and other offerings while following policies.
