Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer transactions. You will own the photo department's inventory, organization, and readiness, meeting product and service needs while promoting offerings and ensuring accuracy at checkout.

You will participate in merchandising, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter and assists with products and services.
• Promotes photo products and services and supports merchandising initiatives.
• Processes transactions, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks with accurate cash handling.
• Maintains inventory, supplies, and organization of the photo department to meet forecasted demand.
• Supports service offerings like FedEx, Western Union, and online orders.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well-merchandised department and collaborates with team members.
