Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Services Associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the photo counter. You will handle digital passport photos, promote photo products, and assist customers at checkout while maintaining inventory and a clean, well-merchandised department.

You will also support online orders and pickups, participate in merchandising efforts, and collaborate with team members to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and provides personalized products and services.
• Manages transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Maintains photo department inventory, supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
• Supports merchandising initiatives and cross-department collaboration.
• Assists with digital passport photo services and web/order pickup processes.
