Job summary

You will own the photo department’s readiness, promote photo products, process purchases, returns, and exchanges, and ensure inventory, cleanliness, and safety while supporting merchandising and team goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department and promotes photo products.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with cash handling.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department to meet forecasted demand.
• Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with timeliness and accuracy.
• Provides support for services such as FedEx and Western Union while following policies.
• Maintains clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo area and supports merchandising.
• Cross-trains team members to ensure coverage and operational continuity.
• Follows store policies and asset protection standards.
• Attends training and completes e-Learnings requested by Manager.
