• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining records.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx, Western Union, and other offerings while adhering to policies.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to troubleshoot issues and deliver quality results.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and contributes to store appearance and standards.
• Supports merchandising execution through displays, promotions, and seasonal setups, and assists with inventory activities.
• Supports cross-training of team members to ensure coverage during Photo Specialist absences.
