Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose to identify needs and provide personalized products and services.
• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining records.
• Supports photo and nearby departments in merchandising execution through display maintenance, promotional and seasonal setups, inventory activities, resets, and revisions.
• Cross-trains and develops store team members on photo department operations to ensure adequate coverage during times when the Photo Specialist is not scheduled.
• Follows company policies, asset protection standards, and applicable regulatory requirements to help ensure a safe, compliant environment.
