Photo Retoucher

Location: Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Are you a Photoshop expert with an eye for retouching? Uline's Creative department is a dynamic team of over 170 professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality work with speed, passion, and excellence. As a Photo Retoucher, you will collaborate with our in-house photo studio and designers to produce award-winning creative projects.

Note: This position is on-site. We seek candidates who share our passion for excellence.

Position Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality images by demonstrating sound production principles.
• Retouch high-resolution digital files.
• Review new photography, perform color correction to match product samples, and add paths and shadows.
• Ensure final print projects contain proper images, proof for quality and color accuracy.
• Manage photos for our 892-page catalog from concept to completion.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in photography, graphic design, communication, media arts/animation, or related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of image editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; Autodesk 3ds Max CGI experience is a plus.
• Background in digital photography with CMYK and RGB workflows.
• Ability to create 3D models and render CGI assets is a plus.
