Position Summary

In your role as a Photo Process Technician you’ll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set‑up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, and performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. You will use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data, conduct in‑line adjustments, and determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Compliance with all health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines is required.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/processes/systems are running effectively.
  • Troubleshooting: Conducting failure analysis and following scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
  • Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Working in a team environment and effectively communicating throughout the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or other technical certification. Experience as a Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant, or other medical technologist (external equivalent) or 4 years equivalent technical military service.
  • Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
  • Familiar with TPM concepts.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Compensation

The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour – $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.

Shift Schedule

B Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays.

D Shift – Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays.
