Position Summary

Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set‑up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, and performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in‑line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows SOPs to ensure equipment/processes/systems run effectively.
  • Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
  • Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Works well in a team environment and effectively communicates throughout the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification; experience as a Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant, other medical technologist, or 4 years equivalent technical military service.
  • Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
  • Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Knowledge of TPM concepts.
  • Detail and task‑oriented with a high value on customer service, teamwork, and flexibility.
  • Ability to meet due dates for action items.
  • Ability to adhere to SOPs.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to work off‑hours if necessary.
  • Electro‑mechanical aptitude; basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity.

Current base salary range: $18.60/hour – $60.40/hour. Total compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and may include participation in incentive compensation programs based on performance.

Night Shift Schedule

B Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45 pm – 7:15 am) with alternating Saturdays.

D Shift – Wednesday through Friday (6:45 pm – 7:15 am) with alternating Saturdays.
