Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.**Role and Responsibilities**Here's what you'll be responsible for:* Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.* Troubleshooting: Conducting failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.* Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.* Teamwork and Communication: Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization.**Skills and Qualifications**Here's what you'll need:* Associates degree or other technical certification. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
