You will oversee technique transfer, recipe development, and cross-functional collaboration to solve integration challenges.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years as a Photo/Process Owner in photolithography, with proven leadership and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Process Owner in photolithography with immersion/EUV scanner, TRACK and mask knowledge.
• Proven photo process development and optimization experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate engineering teams.
• Outstanding problem-solving and strategic thinking for fast-paced environments.
• World-class teamwork and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Proficient in English and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the photo engineering team to transfer and implement new techniques and processes.
• Develop and optimize photo recipes for high quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process integration challenges.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance for efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency and yield.
• Lead transfer of photo technology and implement it effectively.
