Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth, resolve issues, and provide personalized service.
• Model customer-obsessed service practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Deliver courteous, accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotion of photo products.
• Recommend products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges with proper cash handling.
• Own the photo department inventory, supplies, and operational readiness, monitoring levels and forecasted demand.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders with timely accuracy.
• Provide customer support for FedEx, Western Union, and other services while following policies.
• Maintain photo equipment and store systems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver quality results.
• Keep the photo department clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised and support merchandising efforts.
• Support cross-training of team members for coverage during shifts.
• Follow all policies, asset protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team to support business objectives.
