Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose to identify needs and provide personalized products and services.
• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department including digital passport photos.
• Processes transactions accurately, handles returns, refunds and exchanges per policy.
• Maintains photo department inventory, organization, and clean, safe, and merchandise-ready environment.
• Supports cross-department merchandising and assists with store operations as needed.
