• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with cash handling adherence.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides customer support for services like FedEx and Western Union while following policies.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to troubleshoot and support daily operations.
• Maintains a clean, well-merchandised photo department and contributes to store appearance and standards.
• Supports merchandising execution and cross-training of team members for coverage.
• Follows company policies and protection standards to ensure a safe environment.
