Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Own inventory, supplies, organization and readiness of the photo department, monitor levels and ensure product availability.
• Process transactions accurately including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks with proper cash handling.
• Support photo department operations, merchandise efforts, and cross-training to ensure coverage during shifts.
• Provide customer support for services (FedEx, Western Union, online orders) while complying with policies.
