Job summary

Walgreens Photo Department Specialist needed to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, passport photos, and checkout support. You will own the department's inventory, maintain supplies, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs.

You will engage customers, process transactions accurately, and uphold merchandising standards. A flexible schedule is required, with preferred retail or Walgreens experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth, identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Models and reinforces customer-obsessed behaviors to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate service in the photo department and promotes photo products and services.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Processes photo orders and fulfills online/web pickup orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising efforts.
