Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to deliver a distinctive customer experience in the photo department, including expert photo services and digital passport photos. You will support customer service transactions, ensure product availability, and maintain orderly store operations to meet customer needs.

You will assist at the checkout, encourage photo product sales, and help with merchandising, while adhering to cash handling procedures and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service at the photo counter, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provides customer support for services including FedEx, Western Union, and other auxiliary offerings, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintains a clean, well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising and seasonal setups.
