Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Primary Care at Pease is seeking a full-time RN to join the onsite practice at 67 Corporate Drive. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours weekly, with primary duties in phone triage and occasional nurse visits.

The role delivers patient-centered outpatient care, including assessments, care planning, patient education, and collaboration with the care team. EPIC experience preferred; RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: 0–1 year clinical nursing; ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1–2 years preferred.
• RN license in state; BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support with high nursing standards.
• Perform patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive outpatient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate records.
