Job summary

Jah Favorite Pizza is seeking a Phone Specialist to manage orders over the phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru. You’ll be trained to navigate the order screen, ensure accurate entry, and cash out orders while supporting the front of the store.

Ideal candidates are 16+, with strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and follow directions. You’ll help prep for rush periods and assist drivers as needed to maintain smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru window.

Job Description

Phone Specialist

TM will have the responsibility of the front of the store. Primary is taking orders. Over the phone, lobby & drive thru window. TM will be trained in detailed to work the order screen. Know how to move through the order screen. Correctly make an order. Correctly cash an order out. TM is also responsibility for preparing orders for driver & dispatching for them. TM will also prep some food for the rush.
