2. Sending concise messages to physicians and staff
3. Scanning and filing medical records in the EMR system

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English, ability to multi-task, organize, listen compassionately, and handle callers efficiently

Preferred:

• Experience in a medical office setting
